Celebrating it’s eighth year, the design festival includes more than 90 showrooms, pop-up exhibitions, with talks and seminars being held over the course of week. The latest trends emerge and grow from the launch pad of CDW with artists installations also creating impact at the show.
One example came from Brintons (above) who teamed up with creative and contemporary artist/filmmaker Shezad Dawood. Nominated by Outset Contemporary Art Fund for this special project, Dawood has designed an installation in a loading bay of the building that will consist of a triptych of carpets featuring visual motifs and themes from his archive of work, across film, painting and sculpture.
We love the fresh feeling of CDW and it couldn’t have been said any better than through the colour that companies had to offer. Coral and terracotta tones were prominent with accents tones of greenery and minty blues. Check it out next year for the latest trends!
