With a deep passion for art and design from a young age Rochelle studied Fashion and Textiles at Stourbridge College of Art. There she specialised in Surface Pattern and went on to study a BA Hons degree in Floorcovering and Interior Textiles at Wolverhampton University. Gaining valuable work experience at various home grown and highly established carpet design studios Rochelle’s eye for design and detail grew. After graduation Rochelle went on to become a junior designer for a freelance design studio in Stourport where she soon progressed to become a fully qualified carpet and rug designer. Working within a busy creative studio for the last seventeen years Rochelle is a great team player, working to tight deadlines whilst also managing her creative time effectively. Having a keen interest in Persian design Rochelle brings traditional pattern up to date with clever combinations of texture. Through manipulation of pattern layers, Rochelle’s technical knowledge of CAD design brings to light one of many design strengths identifying the latest trends and colour as the driving force of her creativity. In her spare time Rochelle loves spending time with family and friends on holiday.
