The Woven Edge are passionate about designing and making the highest quality handmade rugs. Our reputation is important to us and we understand that when you choose our products you are choosing us and our expertise.
We are confident you will be delighted with your hand made rug, however in the unlikely event that you have a complaint as a result of a fault in our manufacturing process, We guarantee that we will either rectify or replace the rug within a 6 month period of receiving your order to make sure you are

1. Terms of Warranty
1.1. The warranty offer is only available to customers who purchase their rug in the UK or Ireland
1.2. The warranty is only applicable to new rugs purchased from an authorised Woven Edge retail stockist. A full list can be found on our website.
1.3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is not applicable to wear and tear or damage caused through use of the rug.
1.4. Commercial customers are recommended to discuss the purpose of the rug when choosing their yarns at point of order.
1.5. It is your responsibility to provide proof of manufacturing defects to make a warranty claim including images within the first 6 months of purchase.
1.6. You will be required to provide proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
1.7. In the event of a warranty claim we may offer to inspect the rug and when applicable offer an alternative replacement, repair or partial refund.
1.8. The Woven Edge reserve the right to amend or withdraw the terms of the warranty at our sole discretion.
1.9. Colour may vary slightly from the images of our products on our website, they are for illustration purposes only. We have made every effort to display colours accurately however we cannot guarantee that a device’s display will accurately reflects the colour of the products. The final hand dyed product will always be within a 5% tolerance of the pom colour due to our products always being handmade.
